The king suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was fairly quiet considering it was on the first floor. I had reserved 2 rooms; we were close together and accommodations made for rolling shower when requested. The reception staff were professional friendly, and helpful.

The staff were amazing and willing to assist with anything.
As a family traveling from South Africa, this was a very warm welcome to the United States.
Plumbing didn't work. Tub not draining, they sent maintenance out twice. Neither time did he knock, just tried to walk in. Did not fix drain but did leave grease marks on floor and in the tub.
Toilet overflowed the last day. Had to use bathroom in lobby.
