The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was big and the bed ok. There was a small fridge and microwave.

The Hotel staff was friendly, the size of the room is big enough for me and my husband. The hotel room was clean. We did not go to the pool which I wished we had time. The breakfast was good although we did not have a big breakfast. We watched the other guests with family enjoy their waffles and such. The location was very convenient to stores. Overall it was a great experience staying at this hotel

First time there I enjoyed my stay.
First time there I enjoyed my stay. Where we stayed everything was close in proximity to the hotel. We went for the air show there. That was nice also. The hotel was nice and convenient to and from the highway. I would stay again very nice little town.

We'd never been to Martinsburg, so we decided to see a part of the world we'd never seen before, didn't know anybody, see the city and just relax. All the sights and shopping were a good driving distance and we just loved the beautiful sceneries.

Staff was friendly, but no one wore masks.
Staff was friendly, but no one wore masks. Full trash can by elevator was a turn off as was unmasked staff getting in elevator with us talking about cleaning the elevator panel! Breakfast area was full of unmasked people so we left. Room seemed clean, but would not stay there again. Other hotel chains are doing much better in making visitors feel safe during this Delta variant covid spike!

Martinsburg was convenient for our purposes.
Martinsburg was convenient for our purposes. In addition to spending time with family, we visited Harper's Ferry National Historic Park, and historic Charles Town and Shepardstown. Each destination was an easy drive from the hotel. The chain restaurants new the hotel were mediocre at best, I would avoid them in favor of some of the local dining options. Traffic this close to I-81 is heavy at times. Getting in and out of the hotel parking lot can be difficult. Use a GPS with live updates in order to avoid traffic tie ups, especially around rush hour.
So much! Our room was quiet and dark for sleeping. The beds were firm. There was an armchair and ottoman (This feature was why I chose this hotel). The cleaning, cooking, and desk staff were very friendly. The omelets were scrumptious.
Great breakfast, nice people.
Great location, very close to get back to highway.
I’ll definitely stop by this place again.and we stayed at same hotel in Virginia, same satisfaction!
Super recommended.
Thank you so much!
The hotel was closed when I arrived. I did not get my money back. I was stalked by crack heads demanding money. I thought I was about to die. Ii hate you people and hate your lying thriving scum ass selves
