The hotel was nice with very friendly staff. It was in a perfect location. 4 or 5 blocks in one direction and you're on Bourbon Street. 4 blocks the other direction and you're at the casino.

The staff was very helpful, the free HOT breakfast was amazing, and the location was great. The rooms were very clean and they even let us check in early (7 am) when our flight was changed. I left my umbrella in the Uber and they gave me one to use since it was raining all day as well. The valets opened the door every time and were so polite. It was just a great stay with an exceptional staff!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were there during Hurricane Francine but the staff was in constant communications and provided flashlights and food service when rest of city was locked down. We were able to watch tv news as they had generator and we were able to track the storm and stayed safely indoors.

The room was large and it contained a sitting room large enough for someone to sleep on the couch if they wanted to. there was a funny smell in the bathroom but a little spray from the dollar tree in front got rid of the smell (it was a musty smell) the bathroom was big there was plenty of room. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room as we spent most of the time in New Orleans site-seeing.

Not to far from NO. Great places to eat and shop! We ate at a restaurant that was right next to the mall. PO boy restaurant. I'm not a big fan of those sandwiches, but was pretty good and plenty customers were eating there. Easy to find shopping places. One place I would like to revisit was a Wine and Home Dept store. So many different items and at fair price. We mainly stayed in Marrero for Mardi Gras. I would definitely stay in Marrero again!
