Marathon was great to visit, because it was centrally located. It’s a nice place to relax and get around at your own pace. We enjoyed driving on the seven mile bridge . We enjoyed sightseeing both in Marathon and lower Keys famous Duval street!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Marathon with the grandkids. Snorkeling., kayaking and Sombrero Beach were awesome. My son's and I chartered a fishing trip to the Marathon hump and caught a load of blackfin tuna, Mahi Mahi and Yellowtail snapper. Wish we had more than a week. We will definitely return!

Marathon is in the middle of the keys.
Marathon is in the middle of the keys. We traveled in September which is the off season, so some places were closed. There are alot of things to do there, but we just didn't have time. We ate at th Steak and Lobster House which was absolutely amazing! Best and nicest meal we had. We went to Sombrero Beach, very nice. Marathon is a great place to stay if you want to explore all the keys...

Marathon is beautiful.
Marathon is beautiful. We went to the theater of the sea which is incredible for families of all ages. We paid extra to swim with the dolphins. We then went and ate at the sunset grille to watch the sun set. Great food

It was a wonderful place to get away with plenty of things to keep you busy. The weather was beautiful. Traffic was light and not bad at all. The people there were half and half some were really friendly others didn't speak.

The location is right in the middle of Marathon Key. It is a Motel as you would imagine a motel on the Florida Keys! There is a beach about 10 minutes drive away, A great place to have breakfeast is the Stuffed Pig, just down the road. Key West is an easy 1.5 hour drive away. The Motel is privatly run, so it is not a chain-hotel, but has its own charm and warmth. I would deffinetely go back!
It’s nice and quiet overlooking the canal with boats.
Close to sombrero beach and strategically located
in the middle of the keys so you can go and visit the
other beautiful beaches around.
The hotel offer loungers and umbrellas which is
very convenient. The pool is very pleasant.
overall we had a good stay
The room was spacious and had a view of the marina. The parking was close to the room and the hotel was located centrally on the island. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a good basic hotel for a night on the way through the keys.
