Ms Krystal Perez at the reception desk literally forced us to move out, because she "didn't see the booking for the next day in the system". Of course I've showed her all the confirmations. So we checked out at 12 and checked in at 5pm at the same day.

No breakfast like they had on web site. Was charged more for room than what I was told on web site. Told 225. Was billed over 250 unsure why. Not happy about that. Unsure if I will use booking again.

This hotel is located right outside of the New York-New Jersey Tunnel. Great Location!!! Not far from Nickelodeon Theme Park if your traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating, there is a small gym, and a Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: The rooms could use some updating, there are no microwaves in the rooms and no swimming pool at this facility.
Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Nothing!!!!! It was permanently closed when we arrived after driving for 8 hours and nobody bothered to notify us about it !! We had to get another hotel at the last minute at double the price!! I immediately san email of complaint to Booking.com and still haven't heard back !!!
