The property is standard for an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The room was acceptably clean, the facilities met expectations, and the shower had good water flow, hot water, and clear drains. The air conditioner unit worked well and kept the room cool, although it was very noisy and blowed directly at the work desk.

Very comfortable with everything you need on site. Staff was excellent, the whole staff , including the maintenance team. We had one small issue with the shower which was taken care of immediately. Can’t say enough about their warmth and friendliness.

I stayed Herr for a week after evacuating for Hurricane Helene. Staff was extremely helpful ND kind.
the hotel was in a great location as we were there to see...
the hotel was in a great location as we were there to see family as well as check out colleges for my daughter.
i was not thrilled that breakfast was an additional charge as was the wi fii. but there was a separate outdoor pool area that was private and very nice.
the hotel had security features--front door was locked after a certain time and you had to use your room key to access entrance.

Overall this was a great stay.
Overall this was a great stay. The staff was so nice and helpful! The room was clean. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, bed was comfortable, but the pillows were horrible. I would definitely stay again but bring my own pillow.
