It is a beautiful, private inn. Walking out the front door to a view of the mountains! The artwork hanging throughout is fantastic. Our host was very accommodating and personable.

Had a fantastic stay. Loved the history and charm of the INN. Beautiful and clean atmosphere with nice outside seating to relax, after a day of hiking. Our room was super clean and we enjoyed having a TV, fridge and microwave in the room. Internet was fast as I had a few hours of work upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. Highly recommend!

It was very clean and appreciate that it is pet friendly. Interior seemed newly remodeled from previous hotel Oxen Yoke. Staff at desk at Eastern Slope was courteous and check in was quick.
Lovell is the jewel of western Maine. One of my favorite places on earth. Beautiful Lake Kezar--almost 10 miles of crystal blue water for all kinds of water sports from fishing to water skiing. Stunning view of the Presidential Range of New Hampshire including Mt Washington. Great locals, fun places to visit. Easy day hikes very close by. I would live there all year but I don't like snow that much!
