Outstanding accommodation on lovely, calm and beautiful Lopez Island. The studio cabin we rented is stunning and has a gas fireplace, a kitchenette and access to an outdoor hot tub. Located on a large property far from the road, there is no street noise at all.

Everything was great, from the easy check in through to the easy check out! The room was perfect for my husband and I. The king sized bed was super comfy. The bathroom was well stocked and the towels were thick and fluffy. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as coffee, teas, and hot chocolate. The inn is located super close to some restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We chatted with the gentleman who owns the inn and he was super nice! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever visiting Lopez Island in the future!

Beautiful location - with privacy and a view. Little bit out of the way, but we liked that! Enough to do on the island and Friday Harbor is just a (free as walk on passenger) ferry ride away.

Lopez is amazing, quiet, and if you can, stay here and bike on the ferries to island hop but always return to Lopez. The other towns (Friday Harbor especially) feel like Coney Island compared to Lopez.
Even during the summer, a lot of places are closed Mon-Weds and if you're dining here, make reservations in advance - especially at Setsuna.

Lopez is a beautiful, quiet island.
Lopez is a beautiful, quiet island. There are several large public parks and beaches with incredible views of the other islands. Biking and water sports are popular. A lovely small village with nice shops and restaurants: just enough, not too many. Friendly locals, beautiful farms.

This was a bucket list trip for me to rent a bicycle and ride around the island (though only 2 hours),. My adult daughter was with me, an added treat.
The island is filled with wild rasberry and blueberry bushes available to pick and eat, along with ripe fruit from apple and pear trees. ( I love fruit).
A short hike to a beach area with boats in which the owners rowed their dingeys (?) to with their dogs was fun to watch.
This trip will fill me with beautiful memories for years to come.

Many of the activities and restaurants were not open due to the late season travel but it was quiet, relaxing, and not hectic or crowded anywhere we stopped. A great spot was the iceberg point, also shark reef point sanctuary - both were peaceful yet beautiful views of the water and other islands.
