The property was clean and comfortable for group of 8. The kitchen had all the things that we needed to cook. Appreciated the wine glasses & flutes. The host was responsive.
Nice house and area- but facilities we not cleaned properly...
Nice house and area- but facilities we not cleaned properly or ready for use as indicated by host. Caused hazardous conditions- fire of grill that could have been avoided according to fire chief. We had to run for safety out of home due to propane gas. Fire chief reports this was caused by inadequate care and cleaning on property owner and general ill should not have been in use. Host did not respond to contact until hours later and simply stated "sorry that happened- was fire department able to put it out". No follow up - no concern for our safety or stay or ev n the property and loss of amenities. Loss of monies and food items a a result - could not use oven it was filthy needed cleaning and filled with grease. Very disappointed- was hopeful that it was going to be an enjoyable.

Beware. A disgusting health hazard.
Beware. A disgusting health hazard. This home was filthy and unsanitary with bodily fluids on the pillows and bedding (blood, sweat/drool, semen, possible feces on one bed). Arrived around 10pm Fri. night to sticky handrails on both sides of the stairs, a broken bunk bed and a dirty bathrooms which I had to clean. Master bathroom door did not close. We tried to make the best of it but it only got worse. The next day we got up early to ski, and when using the showers Saturday evening upon our return the drain water started to leak on my husband’s and son’s head sitting at the kitchen counter (dining room side). As they admitted, this had been going on from some time as evident from the rotten and moldy drywall in the ceiling. When I wiped the floor to clean up the leak the rags came up black as the floor was filthy. They repaired leak while we skied the next day but the hole and mold was still there. We took a closer look and found months of dust and trash under beds, including a used face mask and tissue clumps stuck to the floor. Clumps of hair and dust stuck to rusted out baseboard heaters. Dirty mugs/dishes in the cabinets. They offered to clean at that point (after I had already spent an hour plus cleaning) but there was nowhere for us to go on a Sunday night while they cleaned. We informed them we were leaving and stripped the beds per checkout instructions to find a significant amount of dried blood on one pillow, extensive sweat and drool stains on other pillows, and a dried semen stain one mattress pad. Stay here at your own risk. Evolve, the property mgmt. co, states: Evolve Vacation Rental has required that all of the properties we manage meet four standards: safe, clean, as-advertised, and ready for guests.” This is 100% false. Not fit for animals, much less a family vacation. Even if any of the issues were addressed after their departure, people who cut corners like this will always revert back to their ways.
