What a cool little motel! Loved the themed room and all of the pics of animals etc. Felt like we were also learning about the native wildlife from all of the informative photos along the corridor. The room was also comfortable and clean. Even though we were able to park right outside, it was also nice to step out of our room into a corridor, rather than straight into the cold (sometimes it's the small things).

We were in town for a wedding.

We were in town for a wedding. There are good but limited restaurant options in Paradise Valley, and a few more in Livingston. Area is great for hiking, rafting on the Yellowstone River and about thirty minutes from the North entrance to Yellowstone Park.

Dining at the Montana Rib and Steak House was an absolute pleasure. Both food and service were five star. Breakfast at the 49er's Diner was a different experience. The food was great but the service was less than desirable. We mention the service to our waitress and she just responded "cool" and went back to her phone. The location of the apartment was perfect. Walking distance to downtown.

Livingston is a small place but with a relatively short...

Livingston is a small place but with a relatively short distance to a few sites we wanted to see, a few ghost towns, Bannac, Virginia City and Nevada city. All great fun, as well as Yellowstone. We only spent half a day in Yellowstone as it was difficult for us being natives of the state to watch the tourist pay no attention to park rules. We take great pride in our states natural beauty and treat our wildlife with the utmost respect. After coming upon 30 plus vehicles pared along both sides of the road, against park rules, and most of the people out of thier cars taking pictures of 5 bison cows with 2 very young calfs, we left the park. They were within 100 yards of the bison, against the rules again and obviously had no clue the distress it caused their small herd protecting thier young. This is exactly why you read of the animal attacks, they are human caused and can cost wildlife thier lives. Please be respectful of all of our parks and the wildlife contained in them. It's rare to have such access to nature and wildlife in most countries so let's do our part to preserve it. Staying the night in Livingston gives opportunity to visit many places that deserve respect and protection, no one should have to be monitored to do so.

We liked the easy entry from parkiing to several entry doors which lead to the long hallway. The room door was just inside off the hallway. No long walks to get to one's room. We liked the setup of the room. The bed was comfortable. The laminate flooring is preferred for us. Only downside was the $50 charge for our 9 pound nonshedding dog. We were visiting family. Love Livingston!

We had car troubles and ended up staying overnight.

We had car troubles and ended up staying overnight. The workers at Oriely auto parts were able to give a list of local mechanics and customer in the store gave me a number to a certified mechanic. I reached out at 9 pm that night he responded right away him and his wife met us at our hotel the next morning before he went to work. He was able to help us figure out the issue and help us fix our problem to continue our 1700 mile journey home! The community is great from what I seen. Los pinos Mexican restaurant is a little on the expensive end however Great food!

I wasn't feeling well and I stopped at a gas station to ask for directions to the hospital and they called an ambulance. When I was done at the hospital I asked for a ride back to my car and they said I'd have to take an Uber or a taxi. I chose the taxi and when I got in the driver informed me that the charge would be $20 straight up. He was just plain rude. Then he told me I wouldn't find a room for less than $200 a night but Super 8 was only $150,00

This hotel is the best we have tried in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and more than we expected. A great value and and good location, with stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The room was larger than expected and the person on reception was friendly and efficient. The room facilities were good. Livingston has a historic district and this is one of the cheaper accommodation options for Yellowstone national park.
