The room itself was lovely and surprisingly spacious (Premium / king), and although the bathroom was very tiny, it was ok. The people at the front desk were really nice and patient. People have complained here about the breakfast vouchers at the adjoining café and long queues, but I found it worked well and waiting times were not very long. Location is great and also very convenient if you are arriving with an Avis rental car - their drop off location is a block away.

The Accessible Suite was just perfect for someone who is wheelchair dependent, and extremely spacious. The only downside to it, was that it is located directly under the hotel's gymnasium. Which is officially open from 7 am until 11pm. And the noise and vibrations felt in the room when the treadmills and other equipment was being used. Did not make the room very enjoyable in the evenings or particularly in the early of the morning.Very badly located considering he rate paid for one of the King bed Suites. More consideration should have been given to the location. And an applicable lower rate or advice should be given to guests allocated that room.
However excellent service and attention given by all staff met, especially Michael thevFront Desk Night Manager and Anthony the Head of Maintenance, Anthony in particular wentbover and above in his customer service approach
