What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

It has a little trolley that’s really useful with young children with lots of suitcases.
The lounge and sun deck are a great addition. We used it to have snacks with the kids. In addition, complementary coffee and tea from 6 am- 12 pm.
Washer and dryer are available for 2.50$/each.

Location is perfect. Right in the centre of town. Check in staff - Carlos and Aline - were so helpful with recommendations and information on things to do nearby. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Complimentary tea and coffee in the morning, refillable water bottles and ice bags are all nice extras. Would definitely recommend.
