The property itself is beautiful. The decor is elegant and traditional. The size of room was pretty spacious. You can tell the hotel is a little older but they keep up the quality of the rooms. The bathroom was clean. The pool is really nice. I didn’t workout but I did peak into the fitness room and it’s small but convenient and has everything you would need to workout. I did love how the hotel had a restaurant downstairs with a bar where you could sit and eat at for lunch/dinner. The food prices are reasonable and the food itself was really good. They also have a café you can get breakfast and coffee or tea in the morning before 2pm. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient, not too far from the nearest train station. It was about a 9 minute walk to the station from the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants in the area to eat at. Dupont circle is right down the street so you’re kind of close to everything. It’s very lively at night.

The only worse thing is they will charge you nearly 50$ for early check in. They will not allow you check in before 4:00pm, unless you pay for the "early" check in fee (FYI: even though the room are ready, they require you to pay extra so that you can check in around 2pm)
