Location, cleanliness, laundry room was very convenient, mini kitchen. I message the property to request a first floor due to a recent knee operation and they were accommodating. Kudos to them!

I like the price, location, comfortable rooms, clean, and I have noticed they are making positive changes on the outside.
Good breakfast, but the gravy was cold.
WiFi was glitchy.
Good breakfast, but the gravy was cold.
WiFi was glitchy.
Pool and hot tub were closed because the ceiling was caving in.
2 of the 3 exercise machines in the gym were broken.
Housekeeping was lax because they are understaffed.

We originally booked a king suite, but the elevator was broken,, so we were unable to access it due to my knee issues (all king suites are on the third floor). The desk clerk offered us a ground floor double queen for the same price. It seemed convenient because we were traveling with our dog, so we accepted it. A few hours later, we discovered the armchai in the roomr had been propped on top of a leg that had been broken off. We informed the desk and they offered to move us to another room, which we declined. When I was washing up before bed, I noticed a very pronounced moldy odor from the sink. My husband curbed that the brackets holding the shower curtain rod were loose and almost fallimg off. The next morning, I had to pull out the refrigerator to plug in the coffee pot and found a couple of used plastic utensils embedded in a thick layer of dust kitties behind it. After making coffee, I sat down at the desk to enjoy it and almost went over backward because the office chair was broken, too! Yes, we told the front desk about these additional issues.

The hotel was great. Really glad we stayed there. The only real problem we had was that there was hardly anyone at the desk when we needed assistance. We waited almost an hour for someone to come to check is in and there were many others waiting on the lobby as well. When the staff were present they were polite, friendly, and helpful. Otherwise, I felt like the hotel was a great value. Breakfast was fine and convenient.
