It is a beautiful drive to Lewistown from wherever you were at. The old architecture in town is wonderful to look at. The Charlie Russell chew Choo takes off from there. And it is the center of Montana. There is lots of fishing and hiking if you are an outdoor type I recommend. Also if you like architecture I recommend

    Horrible owner.

Horrible owner. I was double charged and she was horribly rude. First at noon she told me she needed to get approval to refund my money and she would call me back. At 5 I called her back and she pretended to not remember talking to me until I asked for a manager then she claimed to be owner and suddenly remembered talking to me and proceeded to yell at me for calling back and she would refund my money when she got the cash we paid with back from an employee who stole it. Then when she discovered I had left a bad review she refused my refund until I removed my review. I did finally get my refund but overall have never dealt with such poor customer service. Also I have now at 7:30 “missed” SIX CALLS from this woman. Please see attached photos for proof of all this.

We were mostly passing though but would suggest Harry’s Cafe as place to eat. We visited the fisheries/hatchery and the ghost town / Judys lookout. All were easy and simple for short visit. Also downtown laundry facility was fabulous.

Sadly most things we wanted to see were either closed by Covid-19 or the 4th of July. If we had come a little earlier we would have eaten at the fancy Oriental restaurant, but we just missed it! Loved the brand-new grocery store at the end of town. Other big stores were open to catch the 4th of July crowd. Excellent food at one of their restaurants, I think it was called Doc Hollidays? or some western name. My husband loved their steaks.

Beautiful, attractive small town with very nice, accommodating people. Loved the Judith mountains and the Central Lewistown church of Christ that we visited. The Six 18 Coffee shop on W. Main St. had excellent coffee, food and atmosphere.

the beds are nice and comfy and pillows. first room I was in the bathroom sink plug was stuck. so, I moved to a single room, which it was much smaller, but the Walk-in shower the drain was slow so I couldn't wash my hair and body at the same time, or it would overflow the shower basin, I just called it a shower with a built-in foot bath. but it was clean enough, the bed was super comfy, I slept well. so, for a cheaper quick stay it was fine.

We just needed a place to lay our heads during our double header race there in Lewistown, MT. We like this area because they allow us to park our big 42-foot car trailer and even work on our cars as long as we don't start them nor make a mess. That is a huge plus for us during this time, so we have an extra place. We also like it because they meet our needs we have with medication and pets!

Breakfast was very nice; more than just a continental breakfast as we expected from the description online. It was about 10 minutes out of town but we fully enjoyed being in a secluded natural place. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Also, the fish and chips were the best my husband has ever had (his words).
