Warm welcome and pleasant accommodations. A nice breakfast and available brownies and cake for snacking along with fresh fruit at other times. The person greeting us and who interacted with guests in various roles, Cheri, was charming and gracious.

We stayed in Lenox as a meet-up with college friends and it was a very pleasant backdrop to our reunion- lots of choices for short drives to art museums or walks and in town some very nice restaurants and cafes and shops. Picturesque, but pricey. We visited midweek in October, and Lenox did not seem overrun with visitors, but I imagine during the summer there are crowds.

Lots to see culturally and historically but unfortunately we did not have sufficient time.Had a good lunch at Electra cafe and a phenomenal dinner at Frankie’s Restorante - fine dining (Italian) at moderate prices. Also has a great selection of vegan dishes.

Nice walkable town undergoing historical renovation.
Nice walkable town undergoing historical renovation. Reminds me of Leesburg, Va. My only criticism is that most restaurants are closed on Mondays. In great proximity to Stockbridge, if looking to go to Rockwell Museum or to Tanglewood.

The town is sweet, with lots of places to eat and shop if you like. Near many interesting places to visit: The Mount, Arrowhead, Hancock Shaker village, Williamstown and Clark Museum, Tanglewood, Frelinghuysen Morris House, Stockbridge with Chesterwood, Normal Rockwell Museum, more food and shopping. Lots of local parks and hiking. I ate at Alta Wine Bar, scrumptious. Reserve ahead.

Lenox is a lovely New England village with many things to do there and in the surrounding area. We were there on a Monday and a number of things (shops, touring, restaurants) were closed. It was also the week before Memorial Day so was technically “off season”. We were still able to enjoy the area and find a wonderful restaurant for a nice dinner. The bonus was, it was less crowded and a wonderful place to visit!

We loved the wonderfully warm welcome, and the care every member of staff we met showed towards the guests. They have lots of ideas and suggestions for things to do and see locally, as well as places to eat. Lenox itself is a friendly and welcoming town, with an attractive town centre.
Breakfast was really tasty and lovely that sweet treats and hot drinks were laid out at all times.
Our room was nicely decorated, the mattress was very comfortable and the shower was great.
Fantastic location in Lenox. The Dewey is a beautiful historic inn and a lovely place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable. We really appreciated being moved to room 12 as the fridge was very useful. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and we enjoyed it. Granola, yoghurt, fresh blueberries, blueberry muffins, bagels and English muffins.
Good reasonable standard of accommodation with the usual amenities. Breakfast was hot and cold. Fairly typical of this type of hotel. Bed comfortable and room quiet.
