I've been a Marriott bonvoy member for before it was bad boy and it was this Marriott Rewards stated other countries the islands in the city. The staff is always been excellent professional until this last day when I call the Marriott in Mystic Connecticut and she wanted to verify who I was and I gave her my name my email and my Marriott Convoy number and she asked me when where was the last place I stayed at the Marriott and I said couple years ago I said Hartford Connecticut and she goes what month I'm like I have the slightest idea she must have asked me that three times and I told her three times I don't know she goes I need to ask this question to verify it's you. So I did some research in that she had my name my address my email my phone number and my Marriott my voice number she did not need to know what month 2 years ago when I stayed at America. And she was basically talking down to me and I've never experienced that with your brand until now. I only have 8,000 points so I paid cash for the room and ask him to put my incidentals using my voice points when I got my bill the next afternoon that never happened. The room was great it's comfortable room service was fine everything else was as it should be except for that one lady when I was making the reservation and I called about my point. And she sarcastically told me that you only have 8,000 points 30,000 points for a room and she said it kind of like you know not in a nice way.

I actually came to visit with people in a nearby town, not Ledyard. I came to see and spend time with family and at the shoreline. I actually did not get a chance to spend any time at the casino as I had plans the entire weekend with my family members. If you stay in this area, there is so much to see and do! Not only is there a lot to do in Ledyard, but surrounding towns as well, Stonington, Mystic, Pawcatuck, Westerly/Misquamicut/ Watch Hill so many restaurants, steak, seafood, a huge selection! There is entertainment both at the Casino and elsewhere and the beautiful coastline/beaches.Many quaint little shops are available, a beautiful park in the center of Westerly behind a gorgeous library. There is just so much to do every time I visit!

Awful experience.
Awful experience. Hotel was gross and looked like it wasn't cleaned in over a year. Nothing was opened or being provided for anyone staying this entire week. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful Inn and very convenient location. We had such a relaxing time and the whirlpool tub was amazing! The breakfast was scrumptious! The owners are just fabulous and made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend for a romantic getaway in the country!

Abbey's Lantern Hill Inn was exceptional!
Abbey's Lantern Hill Inn was exceptional! The whole ambiance is perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was wonderful!!! Not only is the Inn very, very clean, but Erika has taken extra measures during COVID to ensure that the guests are kept safe. The only thing that we were disappointed about, was having to leave. We absolutely loved being at the INN, and definitely plan on returning!!!

Front desk Benjamin at check in made us feel there was an issue ..he took i.d. And then walked off as if there was a problem we already paid he was just doing a bit much way to much I asked him to make sure we weren't charged twice just very uncomfortable .. shower and bathroom was dirty I cleaned before I could shower not an enjoyable stay at all room service was good. I won't be back for a while I feel I paid far to much I'll be calling on Monday to place my complaint
