The weather this time of year is perfect. The location is pretty good. We ride a motorcycle and was annoyed that we had to use helmets to just run from place to place. The stop lights are ridiculous, I drove through them many times in 9 days because I got tired of them not changing, I have better things to do than wait for a light for 10 min with 2 cars on the road, flashing 4 ways would be more than enough when its not busy. Food amenities aren't to good because everything is inside a casino. We don't gamble and came to spend Christmas with family that are snowbirding here. Knowing now what the area is like we would definitely be staying in Bullhead City. Close food that is very good. No helmet laws in the state of AZ and the sight seeing is a little closer not that a mile or 2 makes a difference. It's also nice not smelling dope every time you get out of your car or other establishments like in Nevada.

Friendly, clean, reasonably priced, good food, lots to do. Great weather and not glitzy like Vegas. Beautiful country and very peaceful. The New Pioneer, very reasonable, beer three dollars a big glass and ice cold. . Good food in bars and restaurants, friendly helpful staff.

Laughlin offers good accommodation, very good entertainment, great attractions within an hour of town including Oatman and Lake Havasu City. While there enjoy a boat tour along the Colorado River and learn about the creation of the City of Laughlin or take the jet boat on a return trip to Lake Havasu City with a couple hour stop at the London bridge. There are many great restaurants in the hotels along the Colorado so even though Laughlin is small, it has big city things to do at a causal pace.

Helpful, friendly staff during checkin/out. Room clean with comfy bed. Good options for meals and wait staff attentive to deliver good service. Large variety of betting tables and machines to choose from. Gift shop with souvenir and snacks- everyone needs a trinket and a late night munchie!

We've been going to Laughlin for the lakes since we were young over 30 years and showed our own kids now in their 50's pulse my grand and great grand kids all what to do and see there. Loved the Colorado Bell when it was running had the best rooms and food! Never had any problems there. Now the Casino's have gone way to pricey and most of the foods are not that great in any restaurant in the Casino's. If we have to stay rather again will pay for the Avi casino, we love that place just at times too pricey.

This is my opinion,laughlin is not the same as it use to be in the 70 80,s and 90,s laughlin is slowly going down it's ok to visit for two days after that it's time to leave I would love to spend more time in laughlin bit after two days you have to start looking for something to do.
