Comforts of Whidbey is a perfect getaway! I recently stayed there and had a pleasant experience. Rita, our host, was friendly and made me feel right at home.
The location is perfect, situated next to a forest with a view of the bay and just a short distance from downtown.
Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious apples cooked by Rita from her garden. There was a good variety of options, and the portions were generous - I couldn’t finish everything!
The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and I enjoyed seeing the alpacas on Sunday morning, which added a nice touch to my stay.
The vacation home provides both free Wifi and free private parking. Leading onto a patio with sea views, the spacious air-conditioned vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms.

The location on the water is beautiful with lots of windows providing lots of light. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable. While the bathrooms are a little dated that doesn’t matter everything worked well. The decor is lovely. Spacious. I’d stay here again

The Home was very comfortable and was as described. Parking was off the street and was easy. Entry to the home was easy. The beds were comfortable. The Hot Tub was nice. The whole home was very comfortable. The view was good. We checked out the game room and it looked like fun but we did not have time to use it. We had a great time.

Location was excellent. Very cute cabin. Loved the upstairs built in desks and views of outdoors. Cozy patio. Loved my morning coffee with the dog. Great (hot) water pressure. Has everything you could possibly need. Solid internet and easy to use tv. Loved being able to enjoy watching some football while partner got ready.
Guests can benefit from a patio and a children's playground. Free Wifi is available throughout the property and Mutiny Bay Beach is 1.8 miles away.

The artwork, books, furniture / it all reflected thoughtful owners. We appreciated it. The sheets were cotton. The bed and fold out couch were comfortable.
Langley is a great town with plenty of shops and cafes.
Langley is a great town with plenty of shops and cafes. The people were friendly/welcoming--even the nice police officer who pulled us over on our way out of town to remind us to keep our speed at 25 mph while in town. It's the best experience I have had with a traffic stop.

Very wakable location for everything in Langley.
Very wakable location for everything in Langley. Stately ambiance served up by friendly hosts. The rooms are nicely updated and comfortable. We enjyed the water views and had full access to the living room, dining area and library. Coffee, tea and snacks are always available.

It was very isolated with extremely limited services, there were no restaurants and not convenient grocery stores. This property had a TV, but 4 remotes! Could never figure out how to operate TV so didn’t even have TV! No instructions!

It was a great place to get away for a few days.
It was a great place to get away for a few days. Near the ferry. Apartment we had was fully furnished and set up. It was cold and rainy the few days we were there so walking was not as enjoyable as we would have liked. Great view of the water. easy walking distance to the town . People friendly.

It seems like nearly every resident of Langley has a green thumb & an eye for botanical arrangement. Just a walk from Langley cottage down to the shore was a sensory delight! The sculpture garden drew us right in to the museum where the local talent was well on display. We enjoyed walking along the shore- even when fhe tide came up & we had to make a run for the beach entrance through the water! 😍 Dinner at The Braeburn restaraunt was delicious & their menu included some low- carb options with a fine balance of decadence.

Great location. Quiet.
Great location. Quiet. Trundle /couch very uncomfortable as a couch and it’s the only furniture in the “sitting room” area. No armchairs.
Trundle needs to be replaced. Pretty grubby.
Stairs to bedroom steep and steps are very narrow.
Kitchen and bath are fine.
Unit altogether not comfortable but quaint.
Langley is super cute. Lots of walking trails.
