We had an unfortunate maintenance issue at our Hotel. That took away from the quality we have experienced previously when in Lancaster, PA. Otherwise no regrets. The region about Lancaster, PA is gorgeous and well worth the trip.

I loved the room but the we had to go down the hall to use the toilet because the toilet in our bathroom kept running over. the staff came to fix it but they couldnt and they didnt offer to change our room.

Lancaster is BEAUTIFUL and there are so many attractions and things to do. We went to Laser Dome and to the "Magic and Theater" for dinner and show. We went to the Hershey Farm Restuarant buffet, SO GORGEOUS, and the atmosphere and food is great!! I think I will stay at the Hershey Farm Resort next to the restaurant next time. Would recommend driving along Lincoln Highway, multiple shopping centers, stores, and restaurants.
FYI - I stayed at "Cork Factory Hotel" but I would not recoomend. Most of the fitness equipment was broke. No microwave in the room we stayed in. TV was super small. Housekeeping did not clean my room. Check out customer service was not professional.

Second time there.
Second time there. If you like clean and quite places then its the place for you. If you like plants and farms its the place for you. The town and the village is great grwat dinning and lots of bbqs. Price is on the high everywhere so safe .so that you can spend. Prices are different from three years back. But i enjoy both times.

This is a dated hotel. Bathroom had mold along floorboards and tub bottom stained. A non smoking room but smelled of old, stale smoke. No screen in window to get fresh air. Bed was okay. Breakfast was good with decent variety for a continental breakfast. Staff was friendly enough.
This hotel was amazing. From the front desk to the time we checked out everything and everyone.wad great. I am on a gluten free diet and they had gluten free bread at breakfast. It meant so much that I could eat bread with breakfast.
We already made a reservation for next year!
It was a great place to be and a good location and there is a great pub opposite it that does good food if you didn't want to eat in the hotel every night
