There was nothing nice about the property. They wanted me to store my motorcycle in the open right next to the interstate.

Due to our flight being delayed, we arrived around 2 AM and the gentleman at the front desk at this time was very welcoming - I appreciated his warmness and demeanor for the middle of the night. It was also very accommodating when I requested my son’s room, be on the same floor as mine, and he was able to give us adjoining rooms.
I was happy to see that there was no carpet in our room. The photos should be updated. Our room was very clean and the front desk was very friendly with all of our needs, including a coffee maker.
I wouldn’t exactly call what they offer in the morning “free breakfast.” It’s just coffee, granola bars, and individually wrapped muffins. On a separate day, we also found packets of oatmeal. It was free, but we thought we would have seen a full continental breakfast room.
Overall, we had a pretty good stay, and we really couldn’t complain for the rate we paid. Best rate and value in the area and very close to the mall.

The front staff was nice however the maid service was rude. Check out is at 11 and she banged on our door at five minutes till 11 vigorously and YELLED check outs at 11. We said we’re coming out in a few minutes and she kept banging on the door until we answered it just to yell at us that check out was 11. It was very unprofessional and rude. The room was fairly clean but there were multiple giant and small burn holes in the comforter which I don’t understand because the room is non-smoking?
The place itself is very filthy, and trash is abundant on the grounds. With that being said, I might stay there again because the bar and Grill was the highlight of our trip. The wait staff and karaoke were excellent.
If your expectations are low, then I would recommend staying there. It’s a place to lay your head. If you’re looking for comfort and amenities of the room, this is not the place for you. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and we needed at least one more.
