The only thing I really did not like: no way for handicapped person to get their own breakfast because you have to go down steps to get to the breakfast room. One BIG plus to the breakfast is Jose. He helped my parents with their walkers, set the table for them, and helped carry over their breakfast after helping them come down the stairs!! We will be back

Had lots of places to eat that was close to where we were staying. The area is clean and didn’t feel unsafe. Look before you head out on the highway. Traffic can be a burden , so plan ahead to avoid sitting in a traffic jam.

The location was good.
The location was good. It was easy to access the highway fast. Close to the beach and things to do. Parking was terrible. I was charged $12 a day but couldn’t use parking within the facility had to park next door everyday.
My shower wouldn’t stay shut I asked to have it fixed it helped a little but still kept opening while I showered. So I left it alone..
House keeping won’t clean until you leave, so you have to take out your own trash so things don’t pile up if you’re there for a while.. they only give you 2 tiny trash cans.
Only 2 elevators in lobby to access all rooms for 5 floors so you can do some walking to get to your room..

Consider that nearby Laguna Beach, a short straight shot from this hotel at $109.+/- , costs for a less neat hotel -in Laguna's charming tourist magnate town--is 3 to 8 times more for a hotel room. Lake Forest isn't necessarily pretty, trendy or any different from thousands of suburb-like-cities that sprung up from housing development's commercial infastructure---but this place is close to beaches, sailing in costly Newport Beach, and Laguna Beach. It has most hotel brands.

#Because of Pandemic so u can’t really go around bec. of ECQ , I saw family barbecuing in front of the hotel which was nice to have a BBQ grill that u can buy and cook to enjoy.

# Going around was great the gasoline station, grocery, restaurants around the area and the freeway 🛣 easy to exit oh! there is a mall Irvine Spectrum close by very nice place to shop @ eat

Nice clean place in a quiet business area of Irvine (actually Lake Forest). The rate is good for this hotel, and parking is free which is much better than a lot of the hotels in L.A. Breakfast is fresh but options are somewhat limited, although it is a typical American style breakfast. There are a number of shopping strips nearby so you can get anything you need from them, and they mostly include plenty of restaurants too.
I and my sister were impressed With the services that the employee or the manager by the name Todd filling up the food and very quickly clean the tables after people! His smile is also incredibly! All those employees seated at the reception are very nice people who greeted us with smile as we came in and out. We really enjoyed our stay. We have planned to return to the same hotel.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, had brilliant facilities and we really enjoyed our stay here. the pool was a good size and lovely and warm, and the hot tub was great. Things like pool towels and showers/changing rooms poolside made it so easy. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast. thank you for a great stay!
