Very good buffet breakfast with lots of options. Big, comfortable room. Nice shower. Plenty of parking space outside. Well placed to drive into Zion National Park each day. Plenty of eating option within a short drive, and a grocery store and gas station just down the road.

Our stay here was very good. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy, the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed in it. The people who run this place are extremely hard working, polite, and try to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Yes, it has its quirks, like super low sinks in the bathroom, but they're not so bad. Breakfast was really good!
Great location for Zion National Park. Nice restaurant right down the block. You don't have to pay the high hotel prices at Zion. We saved some money by cooking out one night. We played games on the outside patio table and ate outside and enjoyed the weather in September.

The hotel is very comfortable and centrally located to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. It is located just outside of Hurricane, UT. Hurricane is a small but friendly town in a very beautiful setting. St. George is only 25 miles away with lots of shopping and dining options. Pioneer Park in St. George is another great park for families. Sand Hollow State Park in Hurricane has a wonderful reservoir for boating and swimming. We had a wonderful visit.

Front counter was under staffed the whole 3 days I was there, very inefficient service, came after 6pm and my room wasn’t even ready, had to wait 1/2 hour for that, seems like a lack of staff again. Hot tub was barely hotter than the pool, very disappointing. Hard to understand why a new hotel is doing so poorly could be a great place to stay.

La verkin is very small, has a really great restaurant called the stagecoach and a cool coffee shop called river roasters.... and not much else. It is like a two minute drive to hurricane which has just about everything you'd want or need and about a 15 minute drive to st. George which is a pretty good sized town.

We really liked La Verkin!
We really liked La Verkin! It is a charming town away from the craziness of Zion. Easy to navigate, friendly
people. We ate at El Rancho which was very good, authentic Mexican food! We give 5 stars for food, 4 for atmosphere since some outside tables were very close to the road 😅.
