It had a lodge feel. The beautiful woodwork with leather furniture. The little coffee nook and morning paper. The breakfast was great with variety. Had good hours. Our room was set up very well for the size. The terrace with a view, the patio with trail, the fireplace, water in room. Lots of windows. Nice, helpful staff. Clean and fresh feeling.

We were three friends and booked the Admiral’s suite. there was a king bed and a queen. It was perfect for us. Nice amenities including in room coffee. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. Even though our stay was just for the night and it was cold and foggy, the location is perfect for walking to nearby shops and restaurants. Our primary reason for coming to La Conner was to visit the Pacific Northwest Quilt and Fiber Museum. We will stay at this place again!

The hotel was in the middle of town. We parked our car for the three days and walked everywhere. It was so pleasant

The location was good, but a little far from main Street. The room was large and private with plenty of amenities. It is an older property, so you have to appreciate the charm. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast exceeded my expectations

First Avenue is one of the best shopping streets for clothes, art, and crafts in Western Washington. Many very interesting boutiques. Some excellent restaurants, and two outstanding museums: MONA and the Pacific Northwest Quilt and Fibre Art Museum. We at Seafood and Roast Beef and COA for dinner, and the Waterside Cafe for lunch.

The town of La Conner is small and has charm and a few good restaurants. It is a little ways from the house and also has Native American land on one side of the bay. There is a nice walk along the water just behind some of the businesses.
The wider area is agricultural and you can buy fresh produce, meat and more. Mount Vernon is 8 miles away with medical facilities, Walmart, and most things a sizeable town has. Deception Pass isn't too far with nice areas and beaches, hikes, and more. Anacortes to the north has ferries to islands.
The rental house was not good in any way and was dangerous in wiring and other basics.

Loved everything about our stay.
Loved everything about our stay. The jacuzzi, fireplace, and private back porch with a bistro table and chairs was so amazing. I absolutely loved it and so did my wife. Carl (the owner) is awesome! Very close to downtown shopping, restaurants and the waterfront but still quiet and private with a view of mountains and farmland. This was a much needed relaxing stay and I will be back!

Good location but amenities and kitchen utilities were lacking. No dishwasher, toaster or laundry. Dull knives. No plastic wrap, wax paper, or aluminum foil or plastic bags to take a sandwich on a hike.
No bathmat for shower. Shoddy workmanship on repairs. Missing hooks on bathroom towel rack. No bedside tables, just padded stools for your glasses and water at night. Big wasp nest by front walkway. It felt like a budget motel.

La Connor is an easy going and fun little town.
La Connor is an easy going and fun little town. It has a variety of artists shops and antique shops and very friendly people. You can have everything from prime rib and fresh seafood to a burger and a beer. There are plenty of artisan crafted items to draw in your attention, and inspire you to treat yourself to a simple luxury. The streets easy to walk and well maintained for those who might have additional accessibility needs. The public restrooms are well kept. And la Conner always feels like they truly do welcome you.

This is a comfy B&B with friendly hosts and delicious breakfasts. The atmosphere is friendly and it was fun to meet other guests over breakfast and swap stories. It is about a 10-minute walk to the La Conner waterfront where there are interesting shops and restaurants. It is also a 20-minute or so drive to nearby tulip farms which are a must-see for those travelling here in the spring.
Lovely location over looking the sea, great views from the house. In a great area for walking and trips into the very nice town of La Conner. The house was spacious , comfortable and well appointed and the whole family really enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to return at some stage in the future.
Wonderful hosts! Lovely inn, excellent historical flavour. Beautiful gardens. A short walk to all La Conner attractions, and La Conner is a sweet and pleasant destination. Excellent breakfast. Cannot be beat!
