Beautiful hotel with nice and clean room. The pool and the breakfast were also good. We stayed in 10 similar hotels during our road trip and this was the best one.

Good simple hotel, clean and communicating well before/after by email
Very happy to show the 70-80’s atmosphere to my kids who enjoyed it too
Thanks
This is a city you hopefully just stop in. Andy Devine is a long road and it's a busy road for travelers but the drug addicts which you immediately encounter will start asking for money and the are EVERYWHERE on this street. I was told to try to maybe go towards Beale since the area is cleaner i was told.

The staff were very nice and helpful.
The staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean, had air conditioner that worked. We were traveling on a time limit so we did not get to see much, and wished we had more time to see all there was to see in Kingman.

Friendly city.
Friendly city. Ate at Calico’s restaurant across the street from Arizona Inn , the motel we stayed at. Great food and menu choices. If you’re staying in Kingman try the Arizona Inn, can’t beat it for the price. Very clean and comfortable. Kingman would be a good place to retire to. Big enough to have everything you need but not the rudeness of a larger city. If my wife and I were a little younger, we would probably move there.

Kingman is doing a lot to keep its heritage pure, be it Route 66 or the Wild West history. The Route 66 museum is one of the best in the country (I've been to many) housed in the old power plant which, in and of itself, is amazing. Great food and beverage options, wonderful places to walk around and discover old, historic, and well maintained buildings, and at least a couple of museums. Close to Oatman & Seligman, and all the cool stops along the way (there are many) to either. And only a hop/skip from Las Vegas.

Kingman is a great place to stay, lots to explore.
Kingman is a great place to stay, lots to explore. Loved the drive to Vegas from here. Loved The Grand Canyon and The Hoover Dam (and the amazing bridge). I plan to return to Kingman and stay longer to explore it better.

We had lovely meal at an Italian, steakhouse called Mattina’s on East Oak Street.
You can get around Kingman using the H 40 and Route 66
Oatman is a great place to visit, old mining time.
If you are interested in the famous route 66 and bikes/ classic cars, you will love it here.
We had a good stay. The hotel is close to the attraction we wanted to visit. It also has easy access to the main roads. The waffle maker was a good addition to the free breakfast.
