The hotel staff was horrible! Multiple I went to the front desk and the gift shop and I just stood there waiting for them to be done w playing games on their phone or listening to podcasts!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to bus tours and ghost tours. Complimentary coffee with a lot of options and it was good. Breakfast was pretty good with several options. Room was huge and bed was comfortable. We stayed in a King Room.
