We had a great time staying in the Tricities for a tennis tournament. Staff were terrific and gave us connecting rooms which was so nice. Beds were cozy, rooms were so clean. Everything was great.

The motel is old, but very clean and well maintained.
All plumbing and space conditioning systems worked. Beds were comfortable.
Parking was ample and available near our room.
Please avoid this place! I wish I would've read the reviews before booking The Comfort Suites in Kennewick. The staff was rude and discourteous, seemed annoyed that we were interrupting her as she had a mouthful of food. She put both of our parties at the end of the hotel near the highway. It was impossible to sleep, making the next days travel unbearable. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were spacious and clean but that is the only 2 things that were tolerable. When asked to move to a quieter part of the hotel, we were denied. According to a fellow traveler, the hotel was not booked. Go somewhere else - there are plenty of other places in Kennewick to choose from.

Good location, comfortable bed.
Good location, comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical hotel food- bland and cold, soggy potatoes, watered down coffee. Dry sauna was out of order. Grounds were dirty with cigarette butts, trash. Front desk AM staff was tired (sleeping at front desk). Overpriced for the amenities.

Kennewick is usually a great stop of ours.
Kennewick is usually a great stop of ours. Plenty to do such as wine tasting, walk along the river, boat races and Farmer Markets. Red Lion is not a place I would recommend but there are many other places to stay in central Kennewick. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of several hotels. It was easy to get around very central to shopping with a mall a block away. Costco and sports arena was within a few of miles.

I was not informed I would be charged $50 , and if the room checked out I would be reimbursed! Was not told this and I do not like that I am being charged an extra $50, until all was cleared! They should ck out room same day, as I didn’t appreciate that in the least! But, other than key card hard to access room, it was a very nice stay!

The Tri-cities area has really grown over the last 5 years.
The Tri-cities area has really grown over the last 5 years. Now there are lots of restaurants, golf courses, hotels in all price ranges. Summer weather here is hot with lots of things to do on the water. Winters are milder for the most part. Golf often available later into the year.

I travelled to Kennewick for the Hydro Races. I was looking for a reasonably priced place where I could just crash after a full day at the races. The room was clean and fresh and the AC was amazing. Staff was very professional and responsive. I will be back next year.
Nice hotel. We would stay again.
One suggestion…please put families with children all on the first floor. That way, guest traveling without kids don’t have to listen to them running in the halls, talking/crying etc.
The hotel is very well-maintained and super clean. There was a bag with water, chips and cookies waiting in the room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good too.
