Breakfast was adequate but some egg options were dubious. Very poor wifi. Seldom able to browse on my phone, apparently too many users. Pungent scent sprayed in public areas. Water expensive.

I appreciated the abundance of shopping options available. However, there was a noticeable language barrier, as many employees primarily spoke Spanish, and English-speaking staff were few and far between. Despite this, I found everyone to be exceptionally kind and helpful.

Honestly everything was great except the front desk person...
Honestly everything was great except the front desk person who spoke eith me prior to check in. She was VERRRRRRY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. If I had to choose whether or not to stay there, I Honestly wouldn't. Me and my family stayed there we had about 8 or 9 rooms. We could have gone to another hotel because of her rudeness. But we stayed 2 nights

We're impressed at McDonald's near by.
It looks new, clean, not crowded. McCrispy sandwich was tasty, workers were very polite and helpful.

If you need a short stay location while at the hospital - Comfor Suites might work for you. As long as you're not concerned by black mould.
Kendall itself was enjoyable - and quite walkable from Comfor Suites.

I didn't like that my guest were accused of smoking in there...
I didn't like that my guest were accused of smoking in there room with a child in there... there was no smoking in the room we literally went down stairs to there pool area and enjoyed our smoke breaks, I was hit with a large fine and I am in the process of this being investigated and my money refunded back to me.

do not stay in a room where you have maintenance or housekeeping in front. You will not sleep after 8 am from the constant slaming of door.
Very busy area, lots of traffic, lots of places to eat also.
Recommend it only for one to two night stay for business or fast stay.
The people though were wonderful.
Rugs need cleaning for sure, my room was stained and dirty.

Nothing, very old and dirty hotel. Towel smell bad. The receiptionist was rule, she hang up our phone twice and never called back. When we met, she said she was busy?!. Won't come back. Do not recommend!
Great hotel felt safe and happy really enjoyed our stay here and I left my suitcase and they phoned me straight away great customer service 👍 nice complement cookie on arrival 😀
The Location is great, habitations are comfortable and staff was very kind, I really feel like home. All around hotel was safe, that kind of things I looking for a place
