Honestly everything was great except the front desk person who spoke eith me prior to check in. She was VERRRRRRY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. If I had to choose whether or not to stay there, I Honestly wouldn't. Me and my family stayed there we had about 8 or 9 rooms. We could have gone to another hotel because of her rudeness. But we stayed 2 nights

It looks new, clean, not crowded. McCrispy sandwich was tasty, workers were very polite and helpful.

If you need a short stay location while at the hospital - Comfor Suites might work for you. As long as you're not concerned by black mould.
Kendall itself was enjoyable - and quite walkable from Comfor Suites.

I didn't like that my guest were accused of smoking in there...
I didn't like that my guest were accused of smoking in there room with a child in there... there was no smoking in the room we literally went down stairs to there pool area and enjoyed our smoke breaks, I was hit with a large fine and I am in the process of this being investigated and my money refunded back to me.

do not stay in a room where you have maintenance or housekeeping in front. You will not sleep after 8 am from the constant slaming of door.
Very busy area, lots of traffic, lots of places to eat also.
Recommend it only for one to two night stay for business or fast stay.
The people though were wonderful.
Rugs need cleaning for sure, my room was stained and dirty.

We started and ended our 3 weeks roadtrip around Florida in Kendall. We liked it that much, that we canceld our last hotel and went back to The Palms Inn & Suites Hotel, where we started. The area seemed very safe, we liked the walking distance to the restaurants nearby. We walked to the Kendall Indian Hammocks Park, which was also nice. If you want to be near Miami, but want it more quiet and not so hectic like downtown Miami, then Kendall is the perfect place. We loved every bit of our stay.
It was a one night stay arriving from the airport. The hotel is convenient, the bed is comfortable, the room was clean. breakfast is included and you have the choice (juice, yogourt, eggs, waffles, toast and of course coffee/tea). There is no restaurants but you can easily buy treats and beverage if needed. We did not try the pool nor the gym. Parking in front of the hotel.
Clean, family friendly, appreciated 2 double beds as well as extra sofa bed - our boys are 9 and 12 now so good that they didnt have to share. They loved the pool. Breakfast was just ok/reasonable. But overall this hotel is great value for money.
The hotel is new and everything is fresh. Breakfast is ok. Pool is nice but not heated. Well appointed chain type room.
