    We liked the bed, the soft sheets, comfy pillows and location near the church where our family member's funeral was held. Our family had booked several rooms since we were coming from several different parts of the country. The staff was very nice, and helpful! Breakfast was ok. Bagels were good and coffee. The eggs were just ok. Sausage patties were also available as well as pancakes made on demand by a machine. There were mixed reviews about both! There were a few apples but no other fruit. There was also yogurt which was good. All the above was free, but there were other options for purchase if you wish. Expect a bit of road noise since the Hotel is right off the 295 Exit. And the walls are a bit thin in places. We could hear the people in the next room...but only in the bathroom. 🤭 Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable! The pool looked good, but we didn't have opportunity to use it. There was plenty of room in the breakfast area to have conversation on comfy chairs and couches. Restaurants of many varieties are within walking distance if it's not raining.

    When we reach our room it was a ahh moment the room was fresh and clean. The bathroom was clean. I checked everything floors was vacuum didn’t feel sticky . Most important the coffee pot was not dusty.most hotel rooms the pot is dusty so you don’t want to use it, well I use it I put water in and drop that pod in and had a good cup.only one thing was wrong the bed sheet was not up to par so I call they change the room immediately . Away from that the beds were comfy. Best night sleep ever. That hotel was a good choice

    The Hotel is in a very nice area the room was clean and cold just how i like it! The staff was a little dry when arriving, they charge 5 dollars a day to park,needed handicap parking but was always filled with random cars that didnt display handicap, they charge 11 dollars per day for breakfastwas not complimentary!

    I've really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the area was so beautiful at night. The proximity to I95 is very good. Staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was so clean. I'm from Florida but I never stayed in jacksonville, wish I had more time to explore. I will return.

    A room near the airport for our last night. The staff made the difference. We got lost getting there and called and the attendant helped us and confirmed they were expecting us. Room is small but for a last night was pleasant with comfortable bed. Breakfast opens early, 5:30am, although somewhat limited in options. Airport shuttle service very good. we went to the airport to return rental at night and called to get a ride back to hotel in a clean van no problem. Staff at front desk was attentive and in good mod.

    Very comfortable King Bed. Nice elevator to take me to third floor. Gent at check in was pleasant, helpful and respectful. Room was very, very clean. Bathroom was mostly clean. Hotel was quiet. Pillows were perfect. Price $65 was great. Towels and wash cloths were nice and fluffy. Lots of hot water!!
