Beautiful, clean beach. Peaceful atmosphere - perfect for people who don't like overly commercial or touristic beaches. Loved to see the amount of people jogging, cycling or walking their dogs along the beach. This felt like a home away from home.

One day before checking out, the weekend cleaning crew took $600 worth of clothing from our room. Totally ruined our stay experience. Neither the on site management or Company has contacted us to resolve this issue. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY!!!!!

I forgot to mention that the house is about a 15 min walk to the beach. We drove most days and found it pretty easy to park for free. There are several "beaches" within a 3 min drive of each other. Jacksonville Beach had a slightly rougher surf and rugged seafloor, whereas Atlantic Beach had a smooth seafloor and calmer surf but was more crowded due to public parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the house. It had just about everything I needed for a relaxing 5 day vacation with my hubby and 12,15 yo. The beds were comfy, place was clean, a/c is amazing, washer n dryer, grill, neighbors were friendly...nice play to stay while not being on top of each other. The kids and I walked to Gator Icecream every night, which is just 3 blocks from the beach! There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. Thanks again Mr. Theo. We'll definitely be back.

We were close to. the beach; however, there's a big brown pipe on the beach to pump sand from the ocean to the beaches. We found a beautiful beach at Pointe Verde where there were lots of shells and shark teeth, and that was a great experience. The property offers everything you need for the beach....chairs, wagon, towels, etc.

North Florida Beaches are lovely.
North Florida Beaches are lovely. In January, most beachwear stores were closed. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Pharmacy and grocery store also within walking distance. Area was clean well-lit, nice to walk and had plenty of public parking. There are very few boutique stores for shopping.

We really enjoyed our time in Jacksonville Beach. The area overall looked clean and well maintained. Buildings looked modern and pleasing. Great place to visit or move into. Area doesn't look like a tourist trap meaning we didn't see a lot of tshirt or souvenir shops. Very pleasant city!

Our stay at the Dream Oceanfront Condo in Jax Beach was absolutely fantastic! The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and offered stunning ocean views. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The amenities, including the heated pool, were top-notch. The Sunrise Flats Team was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and luxurious beach getaway
Very clean! Pet friendly but you wouldn't even know, no animal smells at all. Staff was super nice and personable. Received a suite upgrade and it was perfect!
Lots of amenities and freebies are available- free beer or wine? Yes please! As many crepes as you want at breakfast? Absolutely! Very well maintained gym as well, if you end up eating too many crepes though.
Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel is quite new and very clean. My room was really large and excellent. The bar is wonderful, good food and very special drinks.
