I loved the responsive staff. I didn't realize our room didn't have the ocean view, but the staff was able to give us a different room that did have the view, and they were able to alter our reservation. The room was clean and spacious, and the view beautiful.

The location is conveniently located within 15 minutes of downtown Bar Harbor and just down the road from many restaurants. It was extremely affordable and the triple room we stayed in offered plenty of space for our group of 5! Could not recommend this nice local spot more.

The main reason I booked this hotel is they included breakfast with the stay and offered cookies mid afternoon. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. A shout out to Lori. She was so pleasant and was happy to help all the guests during breakfast!

Nice place. Very clean and had great amenities. The place was kinda small but we made due. The owners were very nice and helped with anything we needed. Thebed was comfortable and so were thepillows.
