The hostess, Ivana, was exceptional. She was friendly, quick to respond to our requests, and bent over backwards to help where she could. We have absolutely no complaints about our hostess.

We had a great stay. This was the last leg of our honeymoon and we wanted a chill end after doing a lot of excursions and staying in resorts. Paia is a relaxed vibe - perfect location for what we wanted.
Also, the front desk was great. Rhea, in particular, went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay (she even offered to lend a blanket, when I needed warmer clothes for the sunrise hike). Overall, great experience.

Beautiful, immaculate place with outside decks on both sides with awesome views. Bed was super-comfy, bathroom had all the high-end features. There was a small area with a fridge, coffee maker, plus all the extras you could ever need. They really thought of everything! Steve & Diane were excellent hosts & gave us lots of useful info & recommendations for restaurants & things to do.

This was an amazing location. It was such a cool experience sleeping in the sky dome. The space was amazing and had much more room than we needed. The hosts were extremely nice and provided information about the area and the stars!
