The place was clean and spacious. Location was pretty quiet and tucked away in the area. Bathroom was clean with a large shower and plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything I needed. Great space for 1-2 people.

Very quaint and beautiful stay in the heart of Paia. We love this place and 1111 Nikki was awesome for dinner with great live music. We were only staying 1 night and opted for the petite queen room. It was small but fit our needs well. Next trip we are coming for a larger stay and will upgrade to one the larger rooms. Staff was absolutely phenomenal.
