The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable which is really my number one concern when staying in a hotel. Tile on the floor in the room makes me feel less like a thousand other feet have walked on that floor, since it's easily cleaned. Each staff member I spoke with were pleasant and helpful- they have a really good team! The Wi-Fi was perfect never lost connection when we needed it. Good breakfast options, yummy coffee! Only 15-20 minutes of a pleasant drive to downtown Hot Springs and the hiking!!

The room was very comfortable and quiet, even near the elevator. The walk-in shower was nice. Also enjoyed the fire pit and seating area outside. We had food and drinks at the bar and the bartender, Jeff, was great! Very personable and welcoming.

Hot Springs National Park was great. There was good hiking, the tower and bathhouse to visit. I enjoyed reading all the informational placards around town. The old architecture was so different than I'm used to seeing and filling up water bottles at so many different locations was cool.

Beautiful and full of history.
Beautiful and full of history. So many things to do and places to see. Three days was not enough to experience all of it. Just the National Park is worth the visit. Make sure to go to the Fordyce Bathhouse and Museum to get started on a new and eye opening adventure.

I have been to Hot Springs many times over the years, more while my wife was still alive than since then. I've always enjoyed the scenery, the friendly people and the many shops to browse. This was my first time to stay in Hot Springs, since on previous visits I/we stay in Hot Springs Village, a few miles north of the city up Hwy. 7. There are several realtors in that area that act as property managers for investors and owners not yet ready to make The Village their full-time residents, and they have a good variety of short-term rental units available.
I believe that other travelers looking for a good place to visit, to do lots of things or to simply enjoy some time away from jobs and the hustle & bustle of their every day lives, will enjoy their time in Hot Springs.

I enjoy beautiful scenery and architecture, so Hot Springs is a real gem for me. I wish there were more tours to learn more about the area. The food is decent there, but not great, could use some better restaurants. Walking around Bathhouse Row and into the hills for beautiful views was a wonderful time and I could spend much more time there enjoying nature.

It was a great weekend getaway.
It was a great weekend getaway. Scenery and local activities and attractions were perfect for a relaxing weekend. Getting around was easy via walking. If you are doing the touristy thing, stay close to the main street and everything is within walking distance. We used Uber for traveling outside of this area. Uber takes a little longer in this area but we were never in a hurry.

Located within walking distance to shopping and eateries. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, fit the age of the hotel i.e. the bathroom was sparse, the carpet aged and the door is an actual key. The room is scented beautifully, there is a ceiling fan; cannot adjust the temperature but you can turn on/off. This is an old, massive hotel with tons of charm.
It All started with Carol. She guided me ..drew out a map and listed exactly what we were wanting to do. Everywhere she sent us was Amazing...Every Hotel should have a Caro[ !! The room was clean...bed very comfortable...breakfast was fine...
