The staff at the front desk were amazing. They go through MASS chaos every single weekend dealing with cruise passengers coming and going and yelling in their faces. Lidu did a great job handling all the angry people and helped everyone as fast as she could. The young man with her seemed kind of new and confused on how they handled their waitlist and “no hot water” issue but I understand.

we visit hollywood twice a year and always love it! we stay on the beach and spend most of our time there. downtown could have some more to do- some spots are still vacant , but otherwise a great place to see.

The Seminole Casino and the nearby guitar shaped hotel is most impressive. The surrounding neighbourhood however is a bit dull with few shops and poor living areas.

The location was convenient to major highways, shopping and entertainment. I was traveling with my 20 something children and we had a great time. The TV's were connected so they were easy to operate - didn't miss any college football games! Hard Rock Stadium was an easy drive and we enjoyed the condo and the amenities - especially the pool!

Room was freezing set at 65.
Room was freezing set at 65. Tried to get chill out and put on 68 and woke up to 2” of water covering the entire floor. Shoes were soaked, luggage was soaked and clothes. Had to go buy new clothes and front desk was so rude and did not care or give me a discount NOTHING!!! This room should not have been paid for yet I paid $169. Front desk wouldn’t even deal with my situation. They are rude and should not be working with travelers or customers bec they have no heart for guests. Do not stay here!!! Shades on night stands were full of dead bugs and other ppl complaining of bed bugs.

The location was amazing - I really cant fault it at all, the people were fab, the service was incredible, the facilities were out of this world. the pool was the best we had in our time in miami (we stayed in 6 hotels). Honestly we didnt want to leave.
Value for money, we just stayed for 1 night after the landing in Miami and before the trvelling to Orlando.
Not enough time to use the pool or other properties from the hotel.
