They took my money,because i paid for rooms but i reach a day after the apointed day, and they refuse to refound me, so i said by law the hotel should have put same sort of sign on the wall explaining no refound and in that case i would have paid when reach the hotel, i am a business man and i know how7 to deal with my custormers,but indeed you hotel is very nice.

Everything was as per the expected Best Western standards - clean, functional, all things working, very pleasant and helpful staff, timely availability of airport shuttle, good breakfast - everything was excellent.
Great price considering the hotel costs around the area and in Miami. We also had breakfast included which is a plus and the food was what we needed and changed a bit everyday (the 1-minute pancakes machine was amazing!). The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also very kind.
The accommodation was good and in good condition, the shower was one of the best I have used in hotels and the towels were very soft. Breakfast was very comprehensive and well organised by the staff in the current Covid conditions.
The hotel and room were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was close in proximity to stores we needed to visit. Overall, it's a great hotel. I will definitely stay again
