Perfect for an airport layover when you are exhausted. Staff are helpful and lots available in vending machines/restaurant attached. The pool looked nice and the airport shuttle was much appreciated.
Located in the heart of Miami, this Florida hotel features free continental breakfast and an outdoor pool. Guests will also enjoy daily airport transport service, which is only 2 miles away.
It was an older hotel. The carpet was really dirty and felt wet . The shower was all scuffed up. A lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. It was close to highways and nighttime construction going on so it was very noisy. It was not what I’d expect from a Holiday Inn.

Great hotel location, everything is within walking distance. Popular eating places like red lobster, olive garden, chillis, ihop...all very close by. Walmart is also close. Shuttle service to and from the airport...A big plus.

The common areas such as were clean and inviting. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Restaurant staff at breakfast were also pleasant and welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel several times all because of the location .. westland mall is next door with Macys and JCP. Nearby, you will find other stores such as Walmart, BJs, Ross, Burlington, Lowes, Marshall's, Target, old Navy along with a good range of restaurants. All accessible by walking, bus or Uber.... so the location is perfect.
The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small but fine for 1 person. I felt safe and the hotel area was clean
