The farm is just stunning, such a beautiful and peaceful place, we were so sad we had to leave to continue our trip.. The rooms are extremely cozy and the beds super comfortable. Nancy & Wally were great hosts, very personable & welcoming with a lot of good humour. Interlaken was quiet but there were lots of things to do in the area. Trumansburg is close by too, with plenty of choice for eating out or buying picnic supplies. Our room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Breakfast was great with good choices.

Oddly enough, the best part of our stay was that we had the house to ourselves for the three nights we stayed there. We are sociable but having the comfort of the entire home was unexpected.

Wagon was everything n more we could of asked for. Lots of thought put into the decor. Quietness of the area, even the early morning rooster didn't bother us. It actually added to the feel. Bonfire was great. BONUS, we were able to get a good amount of firewood right at the beginning of our road for a better deal then elsewhere.

Hector was very quiet when we were there probably because it was on Weekdays. Not many restaurants in Hector. We visited a distillery which we enjoyed and ate at the Scalehouse brewery. Pizza was good but it was very noisy.

Loved the cabin concept, made us feel extremely comfortable given the current Covid condition. Extremely clean and well manicured surroundings. Loved the fact that we had parking right next to our cabin. Coffee mugs/cups, would be nice if they were provided. We had an awesome dinner at Stonecat, which was right down the road. Was very easy to get around in Hector. The winery experience was a wee bit odd at this time. Favorite spot was Keuka Lake. Had an awesome lunch on the way out at Bully Hill Winery, which overlooks Keuka Lake. Loved the Pinot Noir - has the smell of oak, easy drinking. Seems Bully Hill focuses on dry wines, my favs. Will definitely go back.
