The breakfast was pretty good, on par with Best Western Plus. The room was big spacious and very comfortable where I was able to catch up on some work. Excellent parking, with a small shop for essentials and snacks.

I have stayed here on a previous holiday. The area has great shopping areas and theaters close by. It was value for money and I would stay again if I am able to holiday in the States again.

It was near to Koreatown and Knotts Berry Farm theme park. Nearby to Target. Quiet area and have own parking area, without extra charge. There is a washer and dryer for guests use. Seems like it was recently renovated with new paint and place looks nice and clean. Breakfast was basic: coffee, bread, cereal, juice. Common microwave at the lobby. No microwave in the room. Seems like a safe area.

The outside of hotel needs work. The towels were like sandpaper. They offer a pet area but customers and or staff no not maintain area, it was pretty bad. No actually place to walk dogs

Hawaiian gardens is a okay place. Casinos are fun to go to. Every area has good and bad. I just wasn't satisfying with my experience. There were a ton of cops at the motel I stayed at and creeps walking around in the hauls.

The bad things were that the hotel was not clean and the toilets weren’t working.
The sheets were clean but stained.
Pretty run down and was highly disappointed.
Would never recommend this hotel.

expectations met as you may expect from a 3 star hotel, service also 3 star comfort also in the same range, put in simple words everything 3 stars with that night priced @ 5 star rate, just expect everything 3 stars although sometimes you get pleasantly surprised in a 3 star hotel with 4 or 5 stars service. recommend as a 3 star hotel al around.
