We had a mini suite, and it was very spacious. I liked the fact I could sit and watch the tv in a separate room after a long day doing tourist things.
Tea and coffee were available 24 hours, and we were told to help ourselves. Though we didn't know about this on our first night. It was only by asking at reception if we could have some coffee for our room that it was pointed out to us.
There were plenty of towels and toiletries for our 3 day stay.
Housekeeping was available if you booked it the night before.
There was plenty of free parking, and the free continental breakfast was adequate,along with the free WiFi.
It was a pleasant place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again should I go to Los Angeles.

The outside of hotel needs work. The towels were like sandpaper. They offer a pet area but customers and or staff no not maintain area, it was pretty bad. No actually place to walk dogs

Hawaiian gardens is a okay place. Casinos are fun to go to. Every area has good and bad. I just wasn't satisfying with my experience. There were a ton of cops at the motel I stayed at and creeps walking around in the hauls.

The bad things were that the hotel was not clean and the toilets weren’t working.
The sheets were clean but stained.
Pretty run down and was highly disappointed.
Would never recommend this hotel.
