Very nice hotel, most of the staff were friendly and professional, especially the lady at breakfast (and dinner, she seems to work 24/7) The swimming pool was nice, a bit cold. Breakfast was very good.

The Accessible Suite was just perfect for someone who is wheelchair dependent, and extremely spacious. The only downside to it, was that it is located directly under the hotel's gymnasium. Which is officially open from 7 am until 11pm. And the noise and vibrations felt in the room when the treadmills and other equipment was being used. Did not make the room very enjoyable in the evenings or particularly in the early of the morning.Very badly located considering he rate paid for one of the King bed Suites. More consideration should have been given to the location. And an applicable lower rate or advice should be given to guests allocated that room. However excellent service and attention given by all staff met, especially Michael thevFront Desk Night Manager and Anthony the Head of Maintenance, Anthony in particular wentbover and above in his customer service approach

The room was large - two queen sized beds was good for the price. There is a shuttle from the hotel which costs $10 per person each way to get into Manhattan which is convenient - public buses are a 10 minute walk away from hotel and are around $3-4 per person if you prefer. On the way back to hotel local buses drop off close to an ALDI for basic goods on the way to the hotel. Hair dryer in the room. TV in the room large and a smart tv.
