Great location right next to the beach and a short walk to town. The room was clean, efficient use of space, nicely updated and a comfortable bed! Loved the easy code system for the door (no key needed) and the follow up from the owners both before and after our arrival. Everything was perfect!

The room was very clean but also extremely sparse as far a furniture and places to put thing. There is plenty of room in the room but there were no chairs, no shelves near the bathroom sink for toiletries or towel bars to hang the towel near the sink. The staff were great and friendly, clean pool area and general grounds but it is definitely in need of upgrades.

The rooms are completely renovated, everything is new and fresh. The beds are comfortable. When we needed help with TV in our room the member of the staff who checked us in came promptly and re-set the TV. We came for the weekend and had a very pleasant stay. This is our second stay and we definitely will be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay on Cape Cod. This 2 star hotel is way better than 4 star Courtyard by Marriott we stayed in Miami, Florida this year.

Did not have opportunity to use it. To cold. Would be really nice in season. Ate at Brax Landing on Rte. 28. Also ate at The Four Seasons in Yarmouth across from DMV. Had dinner at Scargo Cafe In Dennis across from Cape Cod Play House. Excellent! There in March which was out of season. Still very nice. Cape is great any time!!

It was a very nice and clean town.
It was a very nice and clean town. When we got into town we realized that there was a problem with our breaks on our car. We went to United garage and they looked at them and said we needed new breaks and they would try to get us done by 12:00 and at 11:55 we where leaving.

Nice beach, nice restaurants - oyster restaurant in Dennis Port was very good - great location for touring Cape Cod Sat Nav is a must for directions for touring in your car - sadly didn’t find the people very friendly! 😔
The location is spectacular. Right on the beach and perfectly located to Rte 28 for shops and food..
The owners do an amazing job of maintaining the Inn while also creating a very comfortable atmosphere.
Lovely location very near to the water. Room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and correspondence with the owners around check in was very smooth.
