Well located near the highway but no noise, some woods around and dead end access makes it quiet. Staff were very nice and professional. Room cleaning and maintenance response was always quick. Good to have a washing machine on site, we liked also the bar.

The location was great for the purpose of our travel.
This Fenton, Michigan hotel is off of Highway 75 and adjacent to Fenton Village Marketplace. It features spacious rooms with a 32-inch flat-screen TV and serves a daily buffet breakfast.

Not as good as our prior stay less than 2 months prior. The pool heater was broke and the water was freezing. The pool room itself was very cold as well. We were planning on this being our gathering spot with friends we were meeting there. We would have booked elsewhere if we were notified of the non-working pool. Breakfast was very bland this time and not all that good. Also they seem short staffed as they were having a hard time preparing the rooms on time. We will look at another place in the area next time, even though slightly further from our destination.

Our favorite place to eat was Lucky’s Steakhouse in Fenton. Great food and even better price.
It was easy getting around Heartland . There really wasn’t anything we would avoid. The highways were very bad but most of Michigan roads are.

Perfect location for my party.
Perfect location for my party. Quiet rooms despite being in close proximity to highway.
Pleasant and helpful staff. The beds were extremely comfortable although seemed to be almost too high from top of mattress from floor for me personally.
Tasteful and well finished rooms were a pleasure to experience.
We went to see Cage the Elephant and this hotel was less expensive than the one next to Pine knob, only 30 minutes away and not on a major highway like 75. Still on 59 but lots of strip malls and little stores. Looks like a golf town lots of courses nearby. Really liked the hotel at first it looks like a motel ( it is) but when entering the room it was CLEAN! I really can't think of anything bad about it
Location. Around everything you need. Close to our sons house. Would like to return again to this location. Several things to do in this area. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. Until next time. Thanks again for everything.
The hotel room itself was pretty nice! I didn’t realize there was a fridge and microwave, so that was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was pretty good too!
