I love staying at this property and the people and environment is very welcoming. I love Friedmans and we enjoy coming back all the time. The difference this time was the room. It was like the size of a large closet it faced this weird back area couldn’t see anything outside it was a very awkward room never been to NYC and stayed in anything like this. Normally when we stay even at Hotel Edison it’s usually a great room with at least a half decent view so this was very unusual. I felt bad because I had took my sister for her first time and it was Christmas gift I did show and the stay and she has high anxiety so it made hers worse unfortunately. But I’ll be back I come with my daughter all the time so hoping to a much better stay next time!

The location can't be beat. Right by times square and everything we wanted to do. Staff were excellent.

I accidentally brushed against wet paint on the tenth floor elevator. The staff, particularly the assistant manager, handled the problem with grace and kindness and with speed. The coat was cleaned and returned in great shape.
