The hotel is a rip off.
The hotel is a rip off. They try to squeeze money out of you for a super small room and act like they are doing you a favor by giving you one extra towel for a 10 day trip. The hotel did not offer any housekeeping or change of linen or towel service for the entire 10 days. I do not recommend anyone to ever visit this hotel. It is extremely expensive for a crappy room and crappy service.

Only one wash cloth, no ice machine on second floor, ice machine on first floor was broken, no plastic glasses in room, no coffee maker in room, only one bar of soap, shower valve handle fell off, tile floor was sticky in bathroom, shower floor very slippy & no mat or grab bar, breakfast food was tepid at best, only one form of protein (rubbery eggs that looked “fried”), “we out” (not “sorry, but WE’RE out right now”) when asked for jelly, lobby was hot (receptionist had a fan behind the front desk, only about 6 vehicles in lot yet our room was the farthest away on the second floor (after asking for first floor), property did not look inviting or attractive …

It was a pleasant stay in a small college town. Lots of good places to eat. We will be back soon but will not stay at the Marriott Courtyard. We ate at the Yellowbird Cafe, The Mariner's Inn, and the Salty Dog. All I would recommend.

We drove from Atlanta so at the end of a long tiring day we came to a very comfortable, quite and clean home. The interior is so simple and elegant. Relaxed and slept well. Our GPS got confused around the area but when we opened the chateau we had no confusion, everything so beautiful.

The location for us was perfect.
The location for us was perfect. We were there to visit family 2 miles away. Clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have more than 4 glasses and 4 sets of silverware. We had to constantly wash dishes. We had to call for dish towels and something to wash the dishes with. Could have just been an oversight. They could definitely look up at those ceiling fans though. I had to clean them because they were filthy. Some chairs to sit outside would be nice as well. Overall it was nice quiet and comfortable. Would stay again

The hotel is a little outdated and could use a touch up on the outside. The breakfast area is a little to spread out. It is easy to overlook and miss what is being offered if the food is spread out everywhere.
The hotel was solid as possible for that side of Hammond. Maybe consider updating the switches and panels. And put an outlet on both sides of the bed lol
