The service was excellent. A special shout out to Charmina. Quick & easy transfer to/from airport. It's also easy enough to catch the bus & then E train into Times Square to check out some of the city. I'd get an Uber/taxi back though, especially after sunset. Great location.

Generally run-down rooms. Harsh lighting. TV did not work. In room coffee maker did not work. Shower was either scalding hot or cold; no in between. Bathroom light switch broken so it took some “jiggling” to keep the light on. But the bed was reasonably comfortable, the location was good, and it was affordable for a one-night layover necessitated by a flight cancellation.
