When we arrived at the hotel Mr.jonathan helped us get perfect room for our family because we booked the wrong room. And miss chaya and Mr Robert were very helpful with everything. The staff were extremely helpful. It was nice being able to leave my car at their hotel for a few days (flew out of IAG), and felt that my car was safe with them.

Went for a short stopover to see the falls. The Radisson was half the price of other options. Many bad reviews so I was expecting the worst, but it ended up being a very quiet and pleasant stay. Outdoor pool is not working but you can sit next to it, which is fine. Indoor pool is open and is large and clean. This place looks like it barely made it thru covid, and if it was purchased and renovated could be a truly 5-star property. But as is now, it's totally fine!

Over all a nice place to stay. Property is a bit on the older side but clean, good facilities and Staff was great. Can’t expect Ritz for Red Roof money. Hotel/$$$ equals a great deal. Indoor pool, nice gym and comfortable mattress. 100% certain I’d stay with them again.
Everything! Alan and Micheal are amazing hosts. The location is perfect for visiting Niagara Falls and or going to a Bills game. Alan is so welcoming, accommodating and social. A true classy feel. We can’t wait to stay again.
