We were a pretty late arrival which wasn't a problem and communication upfront was fantastic.
Mike and Carla are very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome.
Carla's homemade breakfast offers everything you could possibly dream of - we just loved it!
Very quiet hideaway up in the mountaings - exactly what we were looking for.
Best surprise we never expected were all the lovely hummingbirds all over the place.
We were in Grandy for a travel golf trip. We played 4 nearby courses and enjoyed a Pontoon boat excursion one day and a trip to the town of Lake Grandby. Plenty of fun restaurants nearby and great City market for groceries and incidentals. The weather was variable with great sunshine most of the time and a few late day showers and thunderstorms.

Great location old property but clean and well appointed. It is a no smoking facility however that rule is disregarded by tenants and not enforced by the property. No air conditioning so needed to have window open and the person under us was often smoking on the balcony. Our unit often smelled like smoke as did the hallways.

Granby is a great little town.
Granby is a great little town. The room we had was not great. We booked two nights and departed after one night. Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Not for 68 70 year old adults. Room was dirty. Shower has black mold in grout of bathroom.

The town of Granby was cute.
The town of Granby was cute. Not a lot of tourist things to do there. Had to drive at least 30 minutes away. The shows were cute but not my thing. Lots of artistic items and skiing/snowboarding items.

Beautiful Mountains all around and plenty of lakes, rivers and streams to fish, hike, bike and horse ride.
To avoid… Do not speed!!

The views from the deck of the room are amazing!
The views from the deck of the room are amazing! We would love to return and see the valley and peaks with snow. We drove in from both directions and scenery is glorious. Fabulous Mexican Restaurant in Granby with great service and Margaritas. No breakfast included so bring your own K-Cups or tea if you enjoy a slow morning awakening.
The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. There is a nice walking path close to the hotel that goes down across a beautiful creek. Great dinner at Brick House 40. Very cute Ace Hardware in town.
Great resort near the town of Granby. While there are a few other hotels around, this resort is on another level. Brand new bungaloos with all the needed amenities; easy access and plenty of services offered.
View was absolutely amazing we were able to see sunset and sunrise. Unit was better that the pictures. Will definitely stay again if we ever travel back to Granby.
