Room was new, updated and very clean.
Bed was the most comfy bed I have slept on in a hotel. Sheets were very clean.

Everything was on point. Andria checked us in, she is a very upbeat young lady an asset to the team great personality and welcoming. the lady doing breakfast should have asked her name she is a bright start to the day beautiful smile and very helpful without asking. The breakfast was great she looks too take a lot of pride in her job. Thank you all it was probably the #1 stay we have had. We normally stay in Hendersonville at the Hampton but you won our business for the future Andria was the key to winning our businesses.

Not a big variety of restaurants but great location right off I 65. The Olive Garden in Madison is convenient and is excellent! We eat there every time we are in the area.
Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are close by and are fine. The McDonald's is terrible. Chef's Market is excellent.
We do feel safe when staying at this hotel. The outside has good lighting.
Several interesting antique malls are in Goodlettsville.

Wonderful things to do and great place to go eat. There are caves to go see, music to enjoy, shopping in great places, and need to visit again to be able to more. So easy to get around and close to a lot of different things.

Goodlettsville was a awesome place.
Goodlettsville was a awesome place. There is a lot of places to eat. Nicely located about 15 minutes from Nashville. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We even had to ask a local policeman how to find krispie Kreme donuts. He knew exactly where it was. We had a good laugh. We're not staying anywhere else when we're going to Nashville.

Booked 2 rooms, both with sofa beds for 8 guests; however, received 2 rooms with total of 3 beds and no sofa. Front desk would not correct their error at 3 pm because they were overbooked.
Single use toiletries were used by previous guests because only half full for 4 guests! Not sanitary!!!
Front desk said they ran out of shampoo.

Good location, generally quiet (no traffic noise despite being near main roads). Restaurants & fuel nearby. Hotel was very clean and seemed well maintained. Room was spotless and quite spacious. Large desk/counter top (with a spot for luggage) and a closet. Bathroom was very clean also, lots of room.
Our unit was clean and the bed was more comfortable than most hotels. They are replacing carpets, which our room was already replaced and looked very nice. I also appreciated that the compact fridge was larger than normal.
