The hotel was over priced and didn't include breakfast. I was not informed, prior to booking, that the pool was closed. I waited 1.5 hours for a bad dinner, 40 minutes for a drink, and was informed after a half hour that the food I ordered wasn't available. I was charged $90 more for my room than what was quoted online.

I am extremely picky! This hotel was exceptional in all areas. Friendly, helpful staff from the front desk to maids! CLEAN!! Food was fantastic. Not only breakfast, but afternoon kickback was a happy surprise! Highly recommend this establishment!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and paid extra for 2 queen beds. The hotel refused to honor my booking, refund the difference in cost, and told me to "go somewhere else" if I didn't want the single bed (we were traveling for my daughter's competition, and she needed to sleep alone to get a good night's sleep). The hotel staff was horrendous and refused to do anything to correct the situation.
