I loved being able to read a book inside by the warmth of the fire and still seeing the beautiful view of the harbor.

Accommodations were apartment-like, rather than just a bedroom/bathroom. You can make and eat your meals in the kitchenette. Fully equipped with pans, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. Located in a very beautiful area with much to do. View of Mount Rainier from one of the windows.
The entrance is private and we never had to bother the hosts. Only met the host coincidentally as we were departing the property and she was out in the backyard with the dogs. There was no "meet and greet." Not an issue as that can be a positive depending on what one is looking for in an accommodation.
Silver Cloud Hotel Tacoma at Point Ruston Waterfront features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and à la carte breakfast in Tacoma.

Location was amazing! It’s just 15-20 min to Tacoma.
Nice and quiet area. We enjoyed the walk by the water. Kids played at the playground and water spray park, we enjoyed sitting on the Broad Walk, biking/ jogging and watched people dancing/performing. The neighborhood seemed new and the residents decorated their patios beautifully. We also spotted a deer family.
Hotel was new, nicely decorated and cleaned. Loved the large bathroom with double vanity and a separate toilet closet. We also liked the hallways being nicely lit. Staffs were friendly and approachable.
Valet parking only but service was prompt, parking area was gated and secured.
No complimentary breakfast but coffee was free at the on site Copper & Salt restaurant.
Taco Street in the Public Market across the street offered delicious food!
We visited the Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, which was a short drive away.
Set in Tacoma, 2.7 km from Owen Beach and 9.1 km from Museum of Glass, Northend Tacoma Charmer offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi.

We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and that we were alone.
For the price, it was fantastic.
Only minutes away on foot from Tacoma Dome, Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Tacoma is located within a 5-minute drive of Greater Tacoma Covention Center, Tacoma Art Museum and University of Washington...

The companies that this home owner is working with concerns me. I cancelled. See info. Wish we could of experienced this. Whole situation turned Into what feels like a money grabbing lack of ethics situation. I would pull my propery off of these listing and use someone else..

The hotel was very far from the harbor.
The hotel was very far from the harbor.
They called the room a suite but it was really just a regular room with a smaller room attached. Smaller room had no closet or even mirror. Would have been fine for small children only.
Bathroom was not between rooms but only accessed but going through the main bedroom so awkward for all.
Included poor breakfast. The worst breakfast we had ever had at an inclusive hotel.
Way overpriced.

I had a wonderful stay at the INN.
I had a wonderful stay at the INN. It was very clean and had a comfortable bed. It is close to an Irish pub and Dairy Queen, along with other shops. I recommend staying here if you need a place in the area.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet. Slept well! The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from our room was peaceful. This hotel has a unique setting, perpendicular to the street and with interesting architecture. We really loved this place.

Great place to relax on the harbor and watch the stars.
Great place to relax on the harbor and watch the stars. Also a perfect place to kayak, canoe or SUP. Good restaurants, not a lot of shopping but that was ok with us, and a good winery only 15 minutes away by car. Two days was enough for us as there was not a lot to do other than being on the water during the day or visiting the winery. We didn't find the downtown very interesting, but others may.

Very cute home. Felt like spending a weekend at Grandma’s. Liked the secluded location, but for the purpose of our travel, wasn’t ideal this time. That was my error, not there’s. Gig Harbor was adorable.
