The people Who were most pleasant The following morning, the shower stopped after I was shampooed up with long hair and soap in my eyes ears and all over my body and no Water to rinse. Rude girl on the crutches at the front desk did nothing to remedy this. All she had to do was have them made unlock the door The room next to us, which had no one in it and i could have rinsed in there. But she did nothing and was snide and disrespectful when we went downstairs to leave and make a complaint after I try to wipe as much shampoo and soap off my body and out of my hair as possible.

Georgetown is right outside Lexington, ky so you’re not right in the mess of the city but close enough to everything you want to do. It’s a pleasant little town that is easy to find and navigate but also next to city life 10-15 mins away. Georgetown College is right there. And you can’t beat the scenery.

Georgetown is a smaller quaint town. You are 30 minutes away from The Arc, 30 minutes away from Lexington, close to the Horse Park. Great location!
Cattlemen Roadhouse is almost next to hotel. Great salad bar and vegetables were excellent! First Watch restaurant, organic and healthy is across the street!

$63 per night for a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Maid service has a bit to be desired. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, tissues, soap, or shampoo. I was told they do not provide tissues or shampoo. I was given a roll of toilet paper after I went to the desk to inquire about the amenities. When entering the room, the key had no difficulty opening the door. Floors and the chair had crumbs on them. Hot water was abundant and there is an A/C, TV, but no working clock. Staff at check in and check out were nice.

We honestly stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the pool, for most of our trip. We were in town visiting family. I have visited the city before, and enjoyed the small town feel, while still having everything that I would want in a big city.

We only needed a good night sleep & a shower after traveling in the car for 12 hours!! The bed was comfortable but the floors were so dirty and sticky, the bathroom had mold on the walls and paint pealing off the ceiling and walls!! The tub was old and awful dirty looking! The new furniture was nice but then the door on the bathroom was chipped at the bottom! A chair was worn down through the fabric........looked like it came from the dump!! Needless to say when we woke up we just wanted to get out of there. We will never stay again!

The room was very clean and spacious. USB plugs. Updated. Nice. The staff was the problem. They were nice and corrected their errors but they shouldn’t have happened. At check in, we were given a room already occupied. Walked in the room while people were in there. At check out, I told them I didn’t need a receipt because I paid on booking.com at time of booking. When I left they charged me for the room again on the card I left for incidentals. I called them when I saw it, and they credited my card. If I hadn’t caught it, I would have paid twice for the room.

I loves the room I stayed in. It was very clean and well.kept. The hotel staff was also very nice, professional, and accommodating! The continental breakfast was phenomenal too! I actually learned how to cook.waffels for the first time! I would definitely visit the hotel again!
We have stayed at this hotel many times as we often have to drive from Michigan to Georgia. The hotel is basic and a little dated but it has everything you need for a good price. It's a convenient stop off the freeway, it's very clean and the beds are REALLY comfortable.
